With no financial constraints, I adapt freely to each situation. If my fees are tight, this is no discount service: it is the direct result of a lean model.

Sole agency: a shared interest
A sole agency agreement is often seen as an advantage for the seller alone. For a buyer, it is in fact the best guarantee of peace of mind.
When a property is marketed by several agencies, offers come in through channels nobody centralises. You may discover that a proposal has been made elsewhere without having had the chance to react.

About
After a master's degree in business between France and the Netherlands, and several years working in Spain and England, I chose to come back and live in the Briançon area for its exceptional quality of life.
I began by converting a large local farmhouse into several apartments, seeking out renovation techniques that were more effective and more respectful of the existing building than those generally on offer — drawing in particular on Scandinavian and Canadian methods. The success of this project brought a great many enquiries. To be able to meet them, I earned my plumbing and electrical qualifications, and specialised in insulation.
Over the years, first my close circle, then a much wider one, came to consult me for assessments before or after a property sale. Several asked me to guide them through their transactions. That is what led me to add estate agency work to my services.
Properly assessing a property means looking at it from three angles: its surroundings, its structure, and its potential. At Homvia, every property is looked at this way — with respect for the present, and ambition for what's possible.
